well well, thats a few months later, and the coilovers are finally on! its sitting lower than before and now does not do speed bumps im afraid, or st andrews car parks so forget about organising another meet there! haha
it handles gr8 and can't fault it yet.
but on the downside im still waiting on the fecking wheels, im told they're on a boat somewhere in the Atlantic ocean heading my way. how many times have i heard that.

Nice one! I seem to be having problems with sleeping policemen since I got the car back (it'll do some but not them all) speed bumps are just a bit of a negotiation then Im there!
Just a shitter about your wheels being on a boat somewhere!

latest development on the stileto,- a friend and i are taking upon the task as follows next week when he(electrical dude) is off work,
going to take apart my portable dvd player, moving my head unit down to replace the ashtray and coin bit, cutting the plastic insert where the head unit sits to put in the 7" screen and hard wiring the screen via a slimline ps2 under the passenger seat, giving me surround sound while still leaving the whole glove box free for stacks of PORN/ps2 games/dvd's,then finish off trimming round the rough edges of the stereo, involving perspex, mdf and a few blue lights,
got my power capacitors working again 2night and turned round the sub boxes, which has resulted in louder clearer bass inside and outside the car.
the fun never ends, 8)
she's well on her way now tho!
