More DVLA legislation

I'm not quite sure how much this rubbish will affect anyone on the site, but...the DVLA are trying to get views on various bits of legislation regarding cars/moddified
cars....

It's too early in the morning for me to actually understand it, but I'm sure it means they wanna screw the motorist again...shock horror!

nah mate, i think it's got more to do with stolen cars and making sure that owners have the correct documents/logbook to match their chassis number etc.......
