Some questions needing help with:

Where is the best place for me to buy an Apex suspension kit? And would this have everything i would need included?

How low would be ok for me to lower my car? - dont want to be going too low as in scraping the ground like...lol as im planning on getting new bumpers too.

Cheers for any help :D

id have serious doubts about the quality of those shocks if they cost as little as that

spax are good, but a bit of a harsh ride. but make up for it in the handling.

i have gmax myself, but tbh i'm not too keen on them. shocks aren't up to much, i think.

koni are also good. they do a sport kit and an adjustable kit. no experience of them, but havn't heard anything bad bout them.

go to http://www.potn.com and have a look at whats available, then you can shop around and see where you can find the kit you want for cheapest. prices can vary alot between differnt companys

Thanks for that link whitey :D

Right i've checked and i can get an Apex kit that will lower my car 35mm and is £249.00 from Larkspeed

Also a Koni RSK Kit from POTN that will drop it 30-35mm and is £375.00

Is the dearer one gonna be any better than the cheaper one? Any idea's on which one to go for outta the two? Any help here would be apprieciated

honestly, you get what you pay for with suspension. so i'd go for the koni. have heard apex are a bit of a choppy ride too.

i have gmax springs on my wee beastie and to be honest i think they area pretty good only reason i bought them was cos i got them really cheap as i swaped a guy my standard one's for them +some cash, lots of people have had PI kits on their punto's and havent really heard alot of bad things about them. if your going lower than 40mm i would say get the full kit if your going for 40mm then you would prob be fine with jus springs altho it would handle better with the shocks as well, can always do it in parts, get the springs now and then upgrade the shocks later. helens sits at a nice hieght on her 40mm springs but the front sits higher than the back :? depends what size of wheels you are wanting to be runnin as well :?: sorry for the story but cant be bothered trying to cut it down any

60/40 on 15's would look sweet, altho i think 60 would be the best, but then again i like cars to be running on the floor

that might be because the dampners could be bottomed out on the front. punto dampners tend not to allow you to go any lower than 40mm so....etc etc(think you know what i mean  )

mechelle-get the full kit that you want and get a strut brace too

will have a wee scan at some point then mate easy solution would be to jus chop the bump stops in half eh?? :?
