OK.... keep hearing bout this ECU fed Tachometer for the Mk2 punto.
Is it true that i have to tap into the ECU for a feed to the rev counter as the punto has 2 coils. Fiat mechanics don't even know whats going in with it, surely a model that as been fitted with the (tach in te dash) :P will have a wire going to somewhere, no-one happens to know how the read the wiring schematics on the haynes manual do they??

Cheers

what you trying to do fit a rev counter dash to a lower spec non-rev counter car or fit an aftermarket tacho ?

you only have to take a feed from the ecu on the mk1.
on the mk2, if you were to take a set of dials from say a sporting, the tacho would work on your car. all you would need doing after that is to get the milage adjusted
