i have g-max ones and i think they're ok. The ride on the car isnt as bad as i thought it would be, in fact its quite good considering its been lowered

its the g-max ones i got 2! my car handles really well with them, 1 of the instuctors up at knockhill took it out and said it handles well and the ride was nice and stiff, he was suprised when i said they where cheap springs. lol!

but the g-max springs do the job very well!

but if its just springs then u don't really have to worry about the name.

I've got Avo springs. Rides a bit stiff with low profile tyres but car handles realy well and it was just over £100 including fitting

I think all springs will do the same job - improve the look and handling.

I've got Apex, done the job.

One make to avoid, from what I've heard is Pi, they really do fuck up the ride.

pi springs are supposed to be quite good

iv got ffwd purpose builts springs 70 mm drop and 30% stiffer £110 from ffwd. iv also upgraded my shocks to a 15% shortend throw there made by munro can get them from dingbro wohooo front and rear for £105. they were realy easy to install myself and im not mechanic . and the results were also very good iv got 15/195/50 alloys on now but iv had 17/205/40 that didnt rub at all which was suprising but i find the car is more nimble and has better handling with the 15's on its just personal prefrence though i think hope this helps

i have spax on mine, ride is very hard, just beware of any potholes haha

had to replace one rear shocker bush, cost me £60 direct from spax :? so not too easy on the wallet either
