Yesterday my dashlights, and also the instrumentation lights failed to work, checked all the fuses and one had blown so changed it today and it blew as soon as i put it in, i noticed i also have a number plate light and tail light out, would the blown bulbs be contributing to this you recon?

The transits have got to go down in history as the most fuse hungry beasts of all time. We just kept a few spares at one point, you'd loose one every other day. No word of a lie, and that was the last gen too, the N reg upwards!

Im thinking there might be an earth on one of the blown bulbs, probably the numberplate bulb, will have to do some investigating :smt025

Bugger, well i checked all my offending bulbs and only one was blown, one of the number plate bulbs, so got a new one plus a new fuse and.........nothing..........sod all.........pants :smt064

After 2 years of having a Punto with no electrical faults, this must be the Punto's revenge......
