Paint question

Right, i want to take my rubbing strips off the car, but when it was new, the drivers door had to be re-spryed because the garage bashed it.

They masked off the rubbing strip and painted around it. :evil:

Is there any way I could blend the original paint into the new paint without having to get the door re-sprayed?

it is possible a good sprayer could do it but probably wont find one in dundee :) think they would just spray the door skin again save the hassle
